Play is the natural language for children.

Play therapy is used to help children cope with parents' divorce, deal with worries and fears, cope with transitions (e.g. move, immigration), improve self-esteem, improve social skills, appropriately channel anger, deal with bullying, deal with grief and loss, and heal from abuse and neglect.

I promote positive attachments and strengthen parent-child relationships.

I create an environment where children feel safe.

I use play therapy to provide an opportunity for children to express their needs, gain mastery over difficulties, and try new ways of coping. I work together with parents to help them understand their child’s perceptions and meet their child’s unique needs.
